We had an excellent first visit. The process of feeling welcome and comfortable started with communication before the appointment that let us know what to expect. We were welcomed warmly, the office and rooms were clean and sanitary, and the tech and vet were warm and friends and knowledgeable. They answered so many questions and made sure we understood recommendations they made and that they understood our concerns. Most important, they made our 13 year old shihtzu feel comfortable and safe. We are so excited to have established care here and have them taking care of our pup!

I've been taking our dogs here for years now and they have always been nice, fast, efficient, and affordable. They will let you know how much things are up front if you ask and they have always helped list all the options for care to help find what will suit us best.

Dr. Storbeck and technician, Shyanne, were amazing with my doggo. They truly embody a fear free experience for both pet and owner.

The doctors at Prairie View are great. I suggest you try them when you have problems but also at anytime. My dog had 2 acl surgeries at different times. Also a tooth surgery . Dr. Thilges is a great ortho surgeon.

As soon as you walk in whoever is manning the front desk is always smiling and polite. Everyone is kind and you can tell that they truly care about the animals.

They made me feel very comfortable the moment I entered the office. It was my first visit and first impressions are very important. They spent all of the time necessary for the examination & I did not feel rushed at all. They were incredible with my kitty & answered all of my questions. Their follow-up after the appointment/exam was also very thorough, making sure I did not have any questions once we returned home. All in all the entire process was perfect! You cannot do better anywhere else. I am very happy to have found them.

I have been taking my cats to PVAH since they were tiny rescue babies. The doctors and staff are always warm, welcoming and helpful. They are also very patient with this nervous cat mom, as my kitties have health issues. I can't say enough good things about Prairie View Animal Hospital.

Doctor Braas is an amazing vet. She cares about all her patients as if they’re her own. The staff is so helpful and kind. I love them. Definitely recommend this vet clinic to anyone in DSM and the surrounding areas.

The staff are very friendly and genuinely seem to care about my dog and I love that. I’m also a very paranoid dog mom and call probably way too much and they always listen and deal with my anxiety very well, which I also greatly appreciate. My old girl was in for her Bi-annual check and to get an opinion on her bump! She loves going to the vet and especially loves the people here. She was snuggled, spoiled, treated to yummy things, got a belly rub . . . All her favorite things! And the bump is probably nothing to worry about, and having that confirmed is such a relief. Prairie View Animal Hospital is the best vet clinic in town. Their doctors, vet techs and front staff are extremely knowledgeable and take time to explain everything they do. They are empathetic and sympathetic to you and your pets needs and are the most caring people in town.They treat your pets as if they are their own.
